Upon starting VenAlytics, your onboarding begins with a zero-friction data-upload interface designed specifically to protect corporate confidentiality. No servers are involved; your raw weekly reports are analyzed entirely inside the safe boundaries of your local web browser session.

Interactive Guide Scenarios:

Once your system file is loaded, VenAlytics lists your spreadsheet workbook tabs. If you have uploaded an Excel document containing multiple worksheets, navigate and select the specific target tab.

Click active worksheet keys: Worksheets appear as horizontal tab elements cleanly nested under the select section.
Automated Fast-Path Options: Simply click the dark-blue "Confirm Layout Assumptions" key to automatically skip setting tweaks and get analyzing instantly. You can always readjust variables later.

Tailor & Target Charts: Adjust layout parameters or toggle visualization formats (e.g. Horizontal Bar, Trend Line, Share Pie) with one click in the top menu.

Fast Graphics Exporting: Click the download icon inside the presentation pane to grab clean SVG or PNG vectors for slideshow decks, or export direct metric tables as localized CSV sheets.

Audit Raw Records (Contextual Data Inspector)

Need to trace aggregated high-level figures back to the specific row transactions? The Contextual Data Inspector slides out dynamically to show you the raw records behind your active filters.

To View Raw Audit Lines:

From Charts: Click on the final segment block of a drill-down path.
From Tables: Click on any cell value or column inside your data matrix.

Configure and Export:

Use the **Choose Columns** toggle inside the panel to show or hide fields on the fly.
Click **Download Filtered Slice** to export those specific rows directly into a local CSV.
